Steps to Reproduce:
# deploy metamer
# load http://localhost:8080/metamer/faces/components/richInplaceSelect/simple.x...
# set attribute {{saveOnSelect}} to {{false}}
# set attribute {{showControlls}} to {{true}}
# click on the {{inplaceSelect}} so the options popup is shown
# choose something from the option list
# click on the button with value "cancel"
# see the JS error being thrown

I have tried to invoke {{cancel}} method of {{inplaceSelect}}.
I am getting undefined JS error, when doing so:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'value' of undefined
{code}
The method is defined in {{inplaceBase.js}},

however, it does not work.
