In order to provide better IDE support CDK & runtime schema namespaces should be
separated. The following renaming will be done:

http://java.sun.com/jsf/composite -> http://richfaces.org/cdk/jsf/composite
http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core -> http://richfaces.org/cdk/jstl/core
