It's working when I pull the latest version of showcase from GitHub repo and package
it with 'mvn clean release'/'mvn clean package' (on the same device and
container). I think it's worth finding the root cause of the bad behaviour in M4 and
CR1 to prevent repeating the bug.

After selecting an item from ordering list, the moving buttons next to the list should be
enabled. This doesn't work on iPhone and iPad.
It works on Android.
