I don't think that changing documantation is a solution. This would make the usage of
the component "dangerous".
If an invalid value is entered the component must block navigation and has to force that
the application stays on the view.
It is dangerous that, by pressing a button, I leave the page and the old value is still in
the backing bean....and I don't even see it.
rich:select with enableManuelInput="true": Validation
message is not displayed when the submitted value is not on the list.
