In all previous versions the modal panel does'n change the opacity durring moving. In the new version the modal panel lose his color. Is this bug or a feature ;) Secondly the background behind the moved panel is shivering .. hmm ... to try this ... open the exadel-livedemo and move a modalpanel over the tree (on the left side)
