It can be reproduced simply when you are on the right platform (mentioned in Environment), but I cannot reproduce it on Firefox (2-3.5) on Windows nor IE7 or IE8. I will attach screenshot, where you can see one of the corruptions caused by switching TabPanel. But it is possible to reproduce bug also with Rich:Tree.
