It takes a few seconds for IE to display a page that contains a rich:panelMenu. In Firefox there is no problem. I think, it is the fault of the panel menu's javascript. After RF-1717 has been resolved, i tested it with the 3.1.4-SNAPSHOT. It is a way better, but i think it still exists.
