UISequence overrides #getRowKeyConverter() method without @Attribute annotation, so CDK
gets it as top attribute getter method and missed annotation in superclass.

I've added @Attribute annotation to UIDataAdaptor#getRowKeyConverter() method and
expect this attribute to be available in taglib.xml for all iteration components, however
that did not happen.
