Requirements:
1. Mouse - Ctrl+Shift range selection and deselection
2. Keys - Space selection
3. Keys - Ctrl+Space selection - adding/removing
4. Keys - Ctrl+Shift selection - adding/removing ranges
5. Keys - Home, End, Ctrl/Key - changes active item, in combination with Shift can select
ranges
6. Active Item binding (see *1)) - new attribute @activeItem to bind the Active Item to
server + adequate client API
7. @onactiveitemchange - fired when new Active Item is changed (doesn't matter if it
changes selection or not)
8. fix @onselectionchange accordingly to (7) - especially doesn't fire event when you
are moving by arrow keys
