Open richfaces-demo in IE and in FF 2. Open Panel 3. Click "Look Customization" tab 4. Take a look at the panel, which contains "This is a panel with absolute position on the screen." => In IE it is displayed beneath the page footer. And it is not changing it's position when dragging right browser border.
