I tried to reproduce it with metamer and it is so as reported.
It is not possible to set the value to be empty. {{inputNumberSpinner}} is supposing to
have attribute {{value}} to be bound to {{double/Double}}, setting of {{null}} does not
help.

can put empty/null value in a spinner, everytime the spinner changes empty to 0.
