Can you please make a screenshot of the failed layout page with firebug open?
Or can you guys save the failed page together with JS/CSS stuff, zip all it and attach
here for investigation?

To emulate this bug, follow these steops:
1 create a new seam-project from the begin:
setup
new-project
and explode
try run the app:
localhost/app
take a look to the welcome message, it dont appear blue (if you put blueSky skin)
