Current behavior and workaround will be noted in docs in scope of RFPL-1850.
For further efforts, it's possible to use own component ({{<a4j:outputStylesheet
/>}} - this component can manage loading of scripts in pageReady phase too)

If the outputStylesheet is included in the h:head then it is added before the built-in
stylesheets then has no effect. If the outputStylesheet is included in the h:body then is
ok. Of course, this applies to property that we want to overwrite.
