For a 3.1.x branch, calls to a firstKey() methods was replaced by a lastKey() calls. There
is not posible to move 3.2.0 code to branch, due to JRE 1.4 compatibility.

AjaxStateManager restores states in funny order (not as expected and described in
comments)
The reason most probably that there is a bug in Apache Commons Collections LRUMap
implementation
( that is described in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COLLECTIONS-279 )
The effect of such behavior - command links do not work in dataTable with dataScroller
after the page has been changed.
