hidePopupOnScroll was added to calendar component. Does not affect on document body
scroll. This attribute allow to hide popup when user scrolls content. Default value is
true. If false opened popup wouldn't be closed on scroll but component should be
placed into a relative container, otherwise popup wouldn't be scrolled.
SuggestionBox, Calendar and ComboBox positioning could be fixed in
scrollable containers.

Checked with livedemo.
Seems that recalculation position on scroll isn't good idea.. But may be we just
should close this popups on scroll also as for simple loosing focus. (We could add
attribute to make it optionall)
