Although I'd definitely like to see dynamic behavior available for tabs in tabpanels,
I don't think allowing a "bind" like datatable works is really appropriate.
This is because the contents of each tab are not determined by the collection entry,
they're really determined inline in the page.
I would prefer to see dynamic behavior for tabpanels be enabled by allowing a
"a4j:repeat" inside the tabpanel (or some other kind of reusable iteration),
where the loop can define rich:tab elements. This allows some tabs to be statically
defined, and some dynamically generated.

There might be few use cases in which panel bar and panel menu should be binded to a
collection of objects(having some behavior).
If this feature is there it shall be possible then to bind menus directly to some
collection and upon click of any menu item we can generate actions depending upon the
object it corresponds to.
I think it will add more attributes to JBOSS rich faces.
