To correct the issue we have created a file named: calendar_fr.properties that we put at
the source level under the hierarchy src/org/richfaces/renderkit and we added following
properties:
#Localized properties for the Richfaces Calendar
RICH_CALENDAR_APPLY_LABEL=Appliquer
RICH_CALENDAR_CANCEL_LABEL=Annuler
RICH_CALENDAR_CLEAN_LABEL=Réinitialiser
RICH_CALENDAR_CLOSE_LABEL=Fermer
RICH_CALENDAR_TODAY_LABEL=Aujourd\'hui

I use richface:calendar and when locale is french, all labels are not translated.
Months (example janvier (fr) for january ) & days (dim.(fr) for saturday) are correct
but at least 2 labels are not translated :
"Clean" & "Today" are still in english
