When rerendering regions with multiple child elements, IE11 breaks the DOM by nesting the
former siblings.
I tried changing sarrissa as described in this issue:

But it does not seem related or helping.

Here is a screenshot where this problem leads to multiple pagination controls, as the old
dom elements reside instead of being replaced when rerendering:
