To success with the workaround No2, put the tag NOT inside the header, otherwise we're
getting some javascript errors. At the end of the <body>, it is working. Lukáš Fryč
also suggests that at the beginning should also work.
Yes if you want but I think I'm not the best person to explain the problem of the
resourceMapping.

The rich:dataTable is not rendering with CSS style when the dataTable is inside a
separate file (ui:include src=....) during the ajax rendering on a dynamic insert of
rich:tab.
The error does not appear when the content of the include file is directly moved inside
the final page, I mean without ui:include.
