The icons for the items which aren't included in some panelMenuGroup are visible after user points the mouse over the item only. If item is disabled (disabled="true") the icon is not visible at all. If items are included in some panelMenuGroup they are visible. 2. Default icons aren't present for panelMenuGroup. See attachment.
