This is an expected behavior. Ajax4jsf library can't replace component without
placeholder html element.
Attribute layout=none not applicable to the this case.
<a4j:include> doesn't work properly with
<a4j:commandLink> when layout="none"

If you place a <a4j:commandButton> or <a4j:commandLink> inside of a page that
is included via <a4j:include> it does not work properly (i.e. the included area is
not updated via Ajax) if the layout attribute is set to "none".
