Column width in % is already posted in jira (http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/RF-594)
Height and width of the component CAN be set in % relative to window size.
Need to implement event model for different type of container.

The height, width and column sizes can only be set in pixels, thus the
ScrollableDataTable can never be resized.
