Resolution: Cannot Reproduce Bug
The issue is reproduced with 3.1.3, not reproduced with the latest 3.2.0
Drag indicator blinks when dragging is starting.

1. Open URL http://livedemo.exadel.com/richfaces-demo/richfaces/dragSupport.jsf
2. Drag some draggable element and drop it somewhere.
3. Start dragging it again.
Drag indicator will appear first in place where it was dropped later, dissapear there and
appear again near mouse cursor.
