Resolution: Out of Date
As we sad - yes there was such bug in 3.2.0. Partially this was because of mistakes in
demo code. Now it's resolved and works fine for us online in 3.2.1.

Seems that upload of file is done, but no a4j:support onuploadcomplete event is fired.
This means that the page can be only refreshed manually to see the uploaded files.
