So proposed to close the edit state on such scrolls. (could make optional but I do not see much cases where users expects such weid behavior so could be done by requests) 2) buttons if present - should not prevent the inplace from closure by tab, enter, escape and scroll. (so them should became just UI part and not influence functionality additionally). In other case we will still have 1) problem 3) proposed to make the behavior of closure by tab key or scrolling configurable. Some attribute needed to define if the changes should be stored(excel way) or canceled(more common behavior) in that cases. something like applyOnBlur boolean attribute.
