In issue RF-11724 (also an extendedDataTable issue, filed at the same time) hantsy bai
indicated he's using Richfaces 4.1m4. I think it's safe to assume the same
versions for this issue.

I tried to use extendedDataTable...there is no width attribute...and I set a
style="width:100%"...and set column width="30%"...there is no
effect...when I dig the code in firebug...I found extenedDataTable use a fixed width...
