Event.keyCode for chars "&" and "(" equals Event.KEY_UP and Event.KEY_DOWN and event handling passes correspondingly (in function processKeyDown). If activeRow has not been determined yet then rowIndex is calculated as nonnumeric and error throws in function showRow()
