Step 1. Add rich:subTable inside rich:dataTable component.
Step 2. Set "border" attribute to 10 px.
Step 3. Navigate to page contains tested dataTable.
Step 4. Verify dataTable boarder.
Actual behavior:
rich:dataTable component's boarder is 20px. 10px for dataTable plus 10px for
subTable.
"boarder" attribute should be applied to dataTable only.
