Resolution: Rejected
only simple theme has sidebar positioning feature. And these themes has static template
parts.
layout components: if theme="Violet Rays","Old

#1. Navigate to
http://localhost:8085/richfaces-demo/richfaces/layouts/page/template.jsf.
#2. Select "Violet Rays" theme.
#3 Click "change" button.
#4. Change "side bar position" to "right".
#5. Click "change" button and verify real side bar position.
Actual behavior:
It's unchanged.
