Open the application. 2. Click on any info icon. --> "How it works?" panel has appeared. Vertical scroll bar has upper scrollbar-arrow but it hasn't lower scrollbar-arrow. See attachment. Expected result: Vertical scroll bar should have upper and lower scrollbar-arrows.
