Step 1. Add "lang"="de" inside rich:progressBar component;
Step 2. Navigate to page contained tested component;
Step 3. Initiate progress process - progressBar should appears;
Step 4. View page source, find language & verify it's value.
Actual behavior:
No "de" was detected.
