Follow this link http://showcase.richfaces.org/richfaces/component-sample.jsf?demo=dataTab... 1) Edit the first row 2) In the modal clear out the price then click store(should result in error "Price is required") 3) Click cancel in the modal 4) Edit the second row Now you will see the issue.
