One solution may be replacing maven-shade-plugin wit maven-assembly-plugin.
One idea is use duplicate work of CDK plugin in dist specific submodule, which will run
over all the sources and templates. But this means we need to redefine
org.richfaces.component.package-info.java specifically.
I will take steps to do proof of concept.

RF-11052 has introduced own repository settings into submodule, which is not correct when
building source from specific repository.
We need to think about another workaround.
