Resolution: Cannot Reproduce Bug
Assignee: Mikhail Vitenkov
Works for me:
<h:inputText value="#{validationBean.email}" id="email">
<rich:ajaxValidator event="onblur" summary="E-mail is wrong"
/>
</h:inputText>
<br />
Detail:
<rich:message for="email" showDetail="true"
showSummary="false" />
<br />
Summary:
<rich:message for="email" showSummary="true"
showDetail="false" />
3.2.2.CR3: <rich:ajaxValidator> ignores attribute value for
"summary"
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: RF-4407
URL:
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/RF-4407
Project: RichFaces
Issue Type: Bug
Affects Versions: 3.2.2
Environment: RF 3.2.2.CR3, Facelets 1.1.15.B1, Mojarra 1.2_09, JDK 1.6.0_07,
Hibernate Validator 3.1.0.CR2
Reporter: Juergen Zimmermann
Assignee: Mikhail Vitenkov
I just get Hibernate's default message for <rich:ajaxValidator>, and not the
value of the "summary" attribute. I checked these Hibernate annotations:
@Pattern, @Range, @Min, @Email, @CreditCardNumber
