I refactored the *-demo examples into a components-demo project. Each of the old project
is contained within a top-level folder in this new examples project. The components-demo
project does not have any JPA examples - I left those in a jpa-specific example called
"jpa-demo".
Re-factorings yet to complete include:
* finishing the jpa-demo
* irc-client
* push-demo
* resource-mapping-demo
* showcase
And finally removing the template project
