That has been done in order to improve performance. Also this part of code is not used in
4.x and we are not planning future 3.x releases.

In the new version of Richfaces (3.3.3) the classloader gets set in the constructor
whereas in previous versions (3.2.2) the getClassLoader() method would be used. This makes
RichFacaes less extensible.
