Much of the required improvements to the CDK have been accomplished in 4.3.0.M1 IMO. M2
will target mostly smaller syntactic issues.

There are two kinds of iteration components:
* iterative out of the box
** tables
** trees
* iteration over children
** tabs
** panel menus
** etc.
Both approaches should be supported by CDK
