Steps to Reproduce:
1. open http://localhost:8080/metamer/faces/components/richPanelMenuGroup/simple....
2. set @mode=client
3. set @onexpand=alert('expand')
4. set @oncollapse=alert('collapse')
5. click on Group 2.3 to collapse
FAIL: 'collapse' alert appeared 2-times
8. click on Group 2.3 to expand
FAIL: 'expand' alert appeared 2-times
