After discussion with Anton Arhipov (JRebel), there is possibility to speed up development
cycle by "caching" freemarker operations, so only changed files will be
re-compiler - we would need to investigate how that fit CDK implementation.

To speed-up development builds, CDK should record "last modified" time of
source files in the model. Generated file should be written only if target does not exist
or its modification time is less then recorded for source files.
