Seems that after downgrading to MyFaces 2.1.3 the warnings are gone.
Defining the global queue does not seem to be necessary. It works without it and did not
make any difference with MyFaces 2.1.4.
Closed is fine with me as it seems to be related to MyFaces.

As soon as a component with a queue is put inside a composite it will create a warning as
soon as the compont is used (clicking a button or firing a poller event). Even if other
components outside the composite are used.
