The CDK will generate bad output while parsing a file where spaces are used as indentation (inside <h:scripts> tag). The solution proposed in RF-4119 in not sufficient as in the constructor of HeaderResourceElement the following line: String resourcesAsString = element.getTextContent(); should be changed to: String resourcesAsString = element.getTextContent().trim(); (without that trim the tokenizer will generate an empty token)
