show()/hide() JS functions of modal panel invoke onbeforeshow/onshow/onbeforehide/onhide
independently on panle state.
E.g. invoking open() for already opened panel leads to onbeforeshow event invocation
Now panel checks if it's already open/hidden and skips show()/hide() method bodies in
such case
