-----------------------------
Attachment: RF-8305-screenshot.png
Here is a screenshot that shows the issue.
rich:dropDownMenu pops up in wrong location (down and to the right of
where it should be) when it contains a rich:menuItem that contains a h:inputText and a
rich:suggestionbox
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: RF-8305
URL:
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/RF-8305
Project: RichFaces
Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: Public(Everyone can see)
Components: component-menu
Affects Versions: 3.3.2.SR1, 3.3.3.BETA1
Environment: FF 3.5 on Linux, Opera 10.10 on Linux
Reporter: Ian Springer
Attachments: menu.xhtml, RF-8305-screenshot.png
Note, this is a regression in 3.3.2.SR1. The problem does not exist in RF 3.3.0.GA, RF
3.3.1.GA, or 3.3.2.GA.
The attached menu.xhtml file (from RHQ) demonstrates the bug. Note, only the following
top-level drop down menus popup in the wrong place:
<rich:dropDownMenu id="resourcesMenu">
<rich:dropDownMenu id="groupsMenu">
I suspect it either has to do with the fact thatthey both contain h:inputTexts or with
the fact that they both contain rich:suggestionboxs, but I have not verified this.
