1. Align should be right.
2. Direction should be right to left. For example: red dagger, item.
3. Sub-menu should be opened to the left.
4. Background image should be at the right.

While changing menu direction the following problems occur:
1.background image is not mirrored
2.menu arrow remains to the right
3. submenu opens in right side
4. start blinking in IE while opening submenu
