Step 1. Insert rich:comboBox inside rich:toolTip component.
Step 2. Mouse over tested area - toolTip should appears.
Step 3. Click on comboBoxe's button attached to input box inside toolTip & verify
popup list appearance place.
Actual behavior:
popup list appears so far from pushed comboBox. See attached comboBoxInToolTip.png
