Added org.ajax4jsf.javascript.ScriptUtils.escapeCSSMetachars(String) &
RichFaces.escapeCSSMetachars(s) methods. Escapement is done according to a list of
meta-characters in this document: http://api.jquery.com/category/selectors/

Default separator for naming containers in JSF is colon symbol ':', however it
should be escaped in order to be used in CSS ID selectors, because colon is used as
pseudo-class delimiter there.
