This is probably because the JS resources are not gettng loaded when it's in the
ui:repeat.
[~bojanantonovic] can you check two things:
# are there any errors in the javascript error console?
# any change in behaviour if you use a4j:repeat instead?

To make it work, you have to write once the dummy
