The dispatcher object should be namespaced. Ir receives message with additional attributes: clientId ( mandatory ), and optional: severity, detail. Message component registered at dispatcher with optional clientId parameter. Messages sent to dispatcher should be delivered to all subscribers that require the same clientId and severity. If subscriber does not require particular id, it should receive all messages. Dispatcher should remove subscribers that removed from DOM by AJAX.
