Brian Leathem updated RF-11798:
-------------------------------
Fix Version/s: 4.Future
We could also look at using CDI events to separate out UICommand actions from the
navigation. eg.:
_<x:commandButton eventFired="..." nextViewId="..." />_
Enhance the CDI developement model for controlling RichFaces
components
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: RF-11798
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/RF-11798
Project: RichFaces
Issue Type: Feature Request
Security Level: Public(Everyone can see)
Affects Versions: 4.1.0.CR2
Reporter: Lukáš Fryč
Fix For: 4.Future
Component usage may get many improvements, which could allow users simpler usage when
using CDI:
* injecting component bindings to backing beans
* catching server-side events
* automatic propagation of row/node selection to backing bean
Design of such API should be focused on simplicity, so all required features should be
collected first before implementation.
