1. deploy Metamer and open
http://localhost:8080/metamer/faces/components/richCalendar/simple.xhtml
2. set defaultTime=21:22
3. select some date
result:
calendar's input contains time 20:22
reason:
calendar's attribute timeZone is set to EL valuated to UTC, client uses CET (+1h)
when attribute timeZone is not set, everything works
